Desert day
A licensed 4x4 trip to Khor Al Adaid, or the mangroves at Al Thakira for a gentler outing.

Go deeper
Al Zubarah and the north coast, The Pearl and Lusail, or the Fire Station and an unhurried Souq Waqif lunch.
Honest thought: Doha is spread out and the midday sun is still strong in November. Plan one area per half-day, sightsee early, rest at lunch and save the souq and waterfront for the evening.
