The main hub of modern apartments and hotels by the gondola base, some ski-in, ski-out. Easiest with children and gear.

Ski schools, rental shops and the Pirveli lift behind the Marco Polo Hotel. Busy and practical.

Upper & Lower Gudauri
Older hotels and guesthouses along the road, often cheaper. Lower Gudauri is about 600 m from the nearest lift, so check for a shuttle.
