Khor Al Adaid (Inland Sea)
A protected tidal inlet where tall dunes meet the sea, reachable only by 4x4. Book a half-day dune safari with a licensed operator; most pick up from Doha hotels.

Sealine dunes
The gateway to Qatar’s southern dunes, where operators offer quad bikes, camel rides and sandboarding. Go in the late afternoon for the sunset over the sand.

Brouq Nature Reserve, about 1 hr 30 min by car

Four steel plates over 14 m tall stretched across a desert valley in the Brouq Nature Reserve. The last stretch is an off-road track, so a 4x4 or guided tour is needed.
