Book a morning slot at the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, rest at midday, then return after iftar to see it lit at night.
Day 2
Saadiyat
The Louvre Abu Dhabi in the morning and the Zayed National Museum after lunch; finish on the beach or under the Louvre dome.
Day 3
Yas Island
One or two theme parks, chosen by your children’s ages; Yas Bay waterfront for the evening.
Day 4
Old and official Abu Dhabi
Qasr Al Hosn and the House of Artisans, then Qasr Al Watan and its evening show; the Corniche after dark.
Day 5+
Go further
Al Ain’s oasis and Jebel Hafeet, a sunrise kayak in the mangroves, or a long day to the Liwa dunes.
Honest thought: Abu Dhabi is spread across islands, so plan one area per half-day and use taxis between them. In Ramadan, do sightseeing in the morning, rest in the afternoon and save the evening for iftar and the city at night.
