Spices & tortoises
A spice farm tour in the morning, Prison Island by boat in the afternoon.
Day 4
To the north
Drive to Nungwi or Kendwa for calm water and long sunsets over the sea.
Day 5
Mnemba
An early boat to the Mnemba conservation area for snorkelling, back by lunch.
Days 6–7
East coast
Move to Paje or Jambiani, see Jozani forest on the way, and plan beach time around the tides.
Honest thought: the island is bigger than it looks and roads are slow. Pick one or two beach bases rather than moving every night, and see Jozani on the transfer between them.
